Mom-pertise: To Splurge or Not to Splurge?

Having 7 kids has brought a lot of challenges but it’s also given me a chance to test products multiple times over. There are certain baby items I have gotten rid of and never thought twice about and there are other items I have repurchased multiple times because they were just that helpful!

Having multiple kids has given me time to figure out what really does make my life easier and what’s worth spending money on! After my twins were a couple years old, I purged a lot of baby items. Maybe that was a bad idea, but also having my first 6 kids in 4 years, the amount of baby toys and items in our home was becoming overwhelming. The purge was necessary! Now with a newborn singleton, I am almost starting from scratch.

I’m on a quest to test new budget friendly items and see how they compare to some of the higher priced baby items out there. I hope you’ll follow along with me to find out what is worth the splurge and where a knock-off version gets the job done! Just a reminder that every item has a window of use and some of them just are not very long to justify these crazy prices!
